      * Date Note: According to [[addisonwooddiaries]] he was a teacher at the Wayne School during the fall of 1891 and spring of 1892. [[bruce_wood]] identified the man on the left as very probably Addison Wood. [[edson_bailey]] was born about 1884, which would make him 7 or 8 years old in this picture. This is consistent with [[img-addison_c._wood.1892]] which is an original by W.J. Harris, whose photographs in the area date to the early 1890's. (([[paul_reiser]]))
