• Note: Sign on building says “School Dis No 16” and what looks like 1XX6 where X might be 5,6,8 or 9. Referring to newspaper articles, its no doubt 1886. I think 5th from left is Eva Baskin and 13th from left is Clele Swarthout. If the date is 1914, she would be about 8 years old ³⁾
